Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery
You are responsible for examining your order immediately upon receipt.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly. We are unable to honor claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
Upon Delivery:
Inspect the condition of all boxes when they arrive.
Note any visible damage on the delivery slip.
Open all boxes and carefully inspect each item. If possible, open boxes in the presence of the delivery driver. If any items are damaged, ask the driver to document the damage on the delivery record.
Take clear photos of any damaged items while they are still in the packaging.
Important:
Please retain all boxes, packing materials, and damaged items for UPS claim inspections. A claim cannot be processed without these materials.
