Please inspect your order within 24 hours upon delivery.
You are responsible for inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
If there are any problems with your order, please call us promptly as we cannot honor claims made beyond 24 hours after delivery.
Please check the condition of the boxes when the delivery is made.
Make a note on the delivery slip if damage is apparent on the package.
Open all boxes and carefully inspect all items (If possible, then open box in front of delivery person. If damaged items, then have driver notate it). Immediately take pictures with damage items in the package.
Be sure to keep ALL boxes, packing material, and damaged goods for UPS Claims Inspections - a claim cannot be processed without all packing materials and contents.
