Refund policy

The Cavallini Co., Inc. boxes and crates glass very carefully and has an excellent shipping results against breakage.  Although Cavallini Co has great success with its shipping, Cavallini Co. cannot guarantee that the glass will not break upon shipping. 

Returns must be within 14 days with receipt. No returns on metals, glass, glass productions, books, videos, grinders, saws, kilns, tools, or chemicals. Other items subject to 20% restocking fee and must be unused in original packaging. Customer must pay for shipping.
