While The Cavallini Co., Inc. takes great care in packaging all glass products—using secure boxing and packing methods with a strong track record of successful deliveries—we cannot insure or guarantee that glass will arrive unbroken.

Despite our excellent shipping results, once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for damage that may occur in transit. Shipping glass carries a risk of breakage, and Cavallini Co. cannot guarantee the condition of glass upon delivery.
